Required

  • A master’s or doctorate degree in mathematics or a closely related field with a statistics background are required for this position. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Exemplary experience teaching introductory undergraduate mathematics is preferred, as well as experience working with nontraditional and first-generation students. Evidence of teaching potential in biostatistics, bioinformatics, data analytics and the like would be highly valued. The successful candidate works well with a diverse student population and in interdisciplinary teams.
