The Sales Support will work directly under the Director of Sales and Marketing to support sales and marketing efforts for 4 Mathnasium centers. They will work on projects to help drive lead generation and lead conversion for the centers.
Role:
Relationship Builders Build relationships with potential customers, parents, guardians, and students to sell the Mathnasium program and ensure exceptional customer service/satisfaction. Customer focused in order to overcome obstacles to selling the program
Customer Service Fanatics:
Successfully sell the Mathnasium program, build relationships with leads, and achieve optimal customer satisfaction Alleviate any issues customer experience, and resolve most customer service complaints
