We are currently seeking a qualified Maths and STEM Teacher to join this warm, diverse school community.

THE ROLE – MATHS & STEM TEACHER

• Teach Years 7–9 Maths and STEM, with scope for interdisciplinary projects

• Inspire young women to engage in Maths and STEM through culturally inclusive pedagogy

• Work within a collaborative and forward-thinking faculty

• Join in cross-departmental initiatives and co-curricular programs

• Contribute to a learning environment that nurtures resilience, identity, and empowerment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A teacher who:

• Has a strong foundation in Mathematics and STEM subjects

• Builds respectful and inclusive relationships with students

• Values culture, diversity, and community engagement

• Brings creativity, patience, and a commitment to student growth

• Holds a teaching qualification (B.Ed or M.Teach – Secondary)

• Is VIT registered (or eligible)

• Has valid Working with Children Check and full working rights in Australia
