Prospero Teaching are seeking a Maths teacher to start as a Senior Mathematics Teacher to join a vibrant, values-driven independent school community on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

The Maths teaching role:

• Teach Mathematics across Years 7–12, including VCE Mathematics (subject allocation based on experience and expertise)
• Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum and VCE study designs
• Foster critical thinking, curiosity, and a love of learning in every student
• Collaborate with a dedicated Mathematics faculty in a culture of teamwork and professional growth
• Actively contribute to the pastoral, co-curricular, and community life of the school

About you, the Maths teacher:

• Current or pending VIT registration
• Relevant teaching qualification (Bachelor of Education or equivalent)
• Experience teaching Senior Mathematics (VCE level preferred)
• Strong understanding of contemporary, student-centred pedagogy
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative educator who values collegiality and continuous improvement
