Maths Teacher – Secondary PRU Setting

A specialist Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) is seeking a dedicated and resilient Maths Teacher to join its team, supporting young people aged 11–16 who are unable to access mainstream education.

The pupils
Students attending this provision often have complex needs, including SEMH, unmet special educational needs, and experiences of trauma or disrupted education. Many pupils display challenging behaviour, difficulties with emotional regulation, low self-esteem and gaps in learning, particularly in core subjects such as Maths. Small class sizes and high staff support enable a highly personalised approach to learning.
