Maths Teacher - Secondary School
Full Time | South Sheffield
Start Date: After February Half Term
The Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver high‑quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
Inspire and motivate students to develop confidence and achievement in Maths
Assess, track, and report on student progress in line with school policies
Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and engagement
Work collaboratively with the Maths department and wider school staff
Participate in departmental meetings, planning, and school activities
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Has experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice
Is enthusiastic, committed, and able to build positive relationships with students
