Job Description
Shift timings: 8:00 AM IST to 11:00 PM IST (Rotated 2 shifts)
Job Responsibilities:
+ Work on incidents and service requests
+ Job monitoring and fixes
+ Work on enhancements and developments of workflows
Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of experience working in Matillion
+ Experience in developing features for enterprise level data warehouse and knowledge of data warehousing concepts
+ Ability to deliver support services to meet SLAs, Good debugging skills
+ Should have continuous improvement attitude and identify areas for problem management
+ Experience in cross skilling team to create backups, working in 24/7 support environment providing team coverage for priority (P1/P2) issues
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
