Overview

Provide expert guidance in implementing, configuring, and optimizing IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions to meet FM department’s needs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze FM department’s requirements and configure Maximo modules.
  • Customize Maximo for Work Management, Asset Management, Procurement, and Preventive Maintenance.
  • Develop and execute test plans.
  • Conduct user training and create training materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations.
  • Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
  • Document functional specifications and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Maximo Functional Consultant in the FM industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of IBM Maximo.
