<p></p><p>Workday Techno Functional Consultant (Advance Compensation, Benefits and Payroll) Hiring: Workday System Administrator Advanced Compensation, Benefits & Payroll<br/><br/>We are looking for a talented Workday System Administrator to support and enhance our Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll modules. In this role, you will work closely with our People & Culture, Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS teams to ensure seamless configuration, smooth integrations, and accurate data across key Workday processes.<br/><br/><b>Profile:</b> Workday Techno Functional Consultant (Advance Compensation, Benefits and Payroll)<br/><br/><b>Experience:</b> 3-10 years<br/><br/><b>Qualification:</b> Graduate<br/><br/><b>Mode of work:</b> Hybrid<br/><br/><b>What Youll Do:</b><br/><br/>- Configure and maintain merit & bonus plans, allowances, and compensation grids. <br/><br/>- Manage benefit plans, enrolment events, compliance requirements, and eligibility rules.<br/><br/>- Configure pay groups, pay periods, earning/deduction codes, and support local tax compliance. <br/><br/>- Support integrations with payroll and benefits providers and conduct data audits & validations. <br/><br/>- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll analytics.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with AMS and crossfunctional teams. <br/><br/><b>What You Bring:</b><br/><br/>- 3 to 5 years experience in Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits, or Payroll administration. <br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Workday tools: EIB, Calculated Fields, and familiarity with integrations.<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and stakeholde rmanagement skills</p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
