Orem Mazda is hiring a Lead Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager to help lead daily operations in our fast-paced automotive service department. This role focuses on customer experience, service advisor leadership, sales and service drive efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily service drive operations and workflow
- Lead, coach, and support service advisors and technicians
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain CSI scores of 92%+
- Ensure accurate repair orders, menu presentations, estimates, and documentation
- Develop a culture of teamwork with technicians, advisors and parts departments.
- Assist with customer concerns and quality control
- Partner with dealership leadership to meet department goals
Qualifications:
- 3+ year automotive service or dealership experience
