MBA Intern Summer 2026

De Soi is seeking a high-performing MBA intern to work directly with senior leadership on cross-functional, high-impact initiatives across marketing, sales, finance, product, and operations. This role is designed for someone who wants real ownership, exposure to executive decision-making, and hands-on experience operating inside a fast-growing consumer brand. What You'll Do Support leadership on priority strategic and operational initiatives Drive cross-functional projects from analysis through execution Develop frameworks, analyses, and recommendations to inform decisions Translate ambiguous problems into clear plans and next steps Act as a connector across teams to ensure momentum and accountability Own special projects aligned to company priorities You're Background Currently enrolled in an MBA program Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities Bias toward action and ownership Interest in startups, consumer brands, or high-growth environments What You'll Gain Direct exposure to senior leadership and real business decisions End-to-end ownership of meaningful projects Experience operating inside a scaling startup Mentorship from experienced founders and operators Details Location: Hybrid (Playa Vista; in-office Tuesdays & Thursdays) Intern must arrange their own living arrangements Duration: 10 weeks (Summer 2026) Compensation: $3,000/month
