Position: MBA Management Trainee - Marketing

Location: Hybrid/Remote

Salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum during 6-month probation (performance-based revision after confirmation)


About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh MBA freshers to join our team as Management Trainees – Sales & Marketing . This role is designed to train candidates in IT sales, marketing, and business development , providing hands-on exposure to real-world client interactions and growth-oriented opportunities in the IT industry.


Mandatory Qualifications:

MBA / PGDM in Marketing (Compulsory)


Preferred Qualification:

Graduation Degree (Any one):

B.Tech / BE / Engineering

BCA

B.Sc (Computer Science / IT)

BBA


Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and assist in IT service delivery operations, client engagement, and solution planning.
  • Support business development initiatives, proposals, and presentations.
  • Prepare and manage reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and client objectives.
  • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA/BBA ( recent graduates) from reputed business schools.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools .
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards).
  • Strong PowerPoint skills (professional presentations and visual storytelling).
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Confidence and willingness to learn
  • Ready to Travel when required
  • Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).


Work Timings : 04:30PM to 02:30AM IST

Growth Path:

Successful candidates will be placed into one of the following roles based on performance during probation:

  • Business Development Manager Trainee
  • Solutions Manager Trainee
