This program offers structured exposure to IT Service Delivery Management, Business Development Management, and Solutions Management. Role allocation post-probation will be based on performance and aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and assist in IT service delivery operations, client engagement, and solution planning.
Support business development initiatives, proposals, and presentations.
Prepare and manage reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and client objectives.
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA (final-year students or recent graduates)
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
