RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
MCIS trainers will conduct both formal information system operator training and informal over-the-shoulder MCIS training during collective training events. Responsible for Developing Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) for the employment of MC systems. Design voice and data system architectures for unit staff/team collaboration and information sharing within Tactical Operations Center (TOC), Command Post (CP) and War-fighter functional area cell systems/applications architectures based on user or system design specifications. Develops and adapts training materials and documentation to support Gaming and Simulations capabilities.
