What success looks like in this role:
Provide MCP systems administration and hands-on technical support in a ClearPath environment.
Act as a technical point of contact for a specific client, gathering requirements and aligning system expectations.
Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot MCP systems and supporting infrastructure.
Analyze and recommend hardware and software solutions aligned with ClearPath and MCP requirements.
Support performance, capacity, and stress testing, providing recommendations based on results.
Contribute to system documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge sharing.
