Job Description

What success looks like in this role:

  • Provide MCP systems administration and hands-on technical support in a ClearPath environment.

  • Act as a technical point of contact for a specific client, gathering requirements and aligning system expectations.

  • Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot MCP systems and supporting infrastructure.

  • Analyze and recommend hardware and software solutions aligned with ClearPath and MCP requirements.

  • Support performance, capacity, and stress testing, providing recommendations based on results.

  • Contribute to system documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge sharing.
