Job Description
Role Purpose
The role is responsible for end-to-end finance controllership while also leading finance transformation initiatives to drive standardisation, automation, stronger governance, and scalable global finance operations. The incumbent will act as a bridge between core finance, systems, and business stakeholders , ensuring accuracy, control, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Transformation
Lead finance transformation programs focused on process simplification, standardisation, and operating model optimisation.
Drive automation and digitisation across Record-to-Report (R2R), leveraging ERP, workflow tools, RPA, and analytics.
Partner with Finance Systems and Technology teams on ERP upgrades, system migrations, and data quality initiatives .
Identify opportunities to improve close efficiency, reporting accuracy, and management insight .
Support transition of work into the GCC, including process migration, stabilisation, and...
