Job Description
Role Purpose
The role is responsible for end-to-end finance controllership while also leading finance transformation initiatives to drive standardisation, automation, stronger governance, and scalable global finance operations. The incumbent will act as a bridge between core finance, systems, and business stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, control, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Transformation
- Lead finance transformation programs focused on process simplification, standardisation, and operating model optimisation.
- Drive automation and digitisation across Record-to-Report (R2 R), leveraging ERP, workflow tools, RPA, and analytics.
- Partner with Finance Systems and Technology teams on ERP upgrades, system migrations, and data quality initiatives.
