Responsibilities: - ·   

Extensive experience (6+ years) in designing and developing the Informatica MDM SaaS Reference 360 (R360) solutions, with required expertise in complex hierarchical code list configuration and crosswalk mappings.
·      Build ingestion pipelines and approval workflows for R360 using IDMC CDI and CAI services and R360 Ingress/Egress jobs
·      Ability to design and implement cross-service solutions by integrating R360 with IDMC Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) and other MDM SaaS modules such as Customer 360 (C360) and CDI/CAI
·      Hands-on development experience with IDMC MDM SaaS REST APIs, including R360 REST APIs and Business 360 REST APIs.
·      Business 360 service within IDMC - Data Model, Business Applications, Business Events, Basic and Advanced rule associations, ingress and egress jobs, Data Access Rules, RBAC and ABAC access, Create & View and Edit Pages, Survivorship, Match/Merge Configuration and Performance Tuning, Reference Data, Hierarchies and Relationships, Address Verifier, Enrichment and Validation Orchestrator (EVO) framework.
·      Experience with IDMC Data Quality (CDQ) service—Rule Specifications, Dictionaries, validation logic, and quality checks.
·      Collaborate with business owners and technical teams in the EU and India to gather and translate requirements into integration solutions.
·      Manage the lifecycle of integration services including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
·      Support SaaS-based integrations and API management within the Informatica ecosystem.
·      Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance during integration processes.
·      Assist in upgrades, patching, and environment management of IICS/IDMC applications.
·      Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides for implemented solutions.
Required Skills: ·     
Extensive experience (4+ years) in designing and developing the Informatica MDM SaaS Reference 360 (R360) solutions, with required expertise in complex hierarchical code list configuration and crosswalk mappings. .
·      Strong understanding of IDMC Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI), with the ability to design, develop, and support batch and real-time integrations connecting cloud and on-premises systems.
·      Administrator service within IDMC - Users, User Groups, User Roles, Connections, Runtime Environments.
·      Business 360 service within IDMC - Data Model, Business Applications, Business Events, Basic and Advanced rule associations, ingress and egress jobs, Data Access Rules, RBAC and ABAC access, Create & View and Edit Pages, Survivorship, Match/Merge Configuration and Performance Tuning, Reference Data, Hierarchies and Relationships, Address Verifier, Enrichment and Validation Orchestrator (EVO) framework
·      Strong knowledge in designing and implementing MDM solutions.
·      Minimum 3+ years' experience working with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and Customer Data Integration (CDI) modules.
·      Hands-on experience in designing, building, and managing cloud integrations and data workflows.
·      Knowledge of SaaS application integration patterns and best practices.
·      Experience configuring connectors, APIs, and web services in IICS.
·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
