The MDM Engineer is responsible for the design, build, & evolution of Master Data Management solutions that deliver trusted, high-quality golden records to downstream systems. This role focuses on data modeling, matching and survivorship logic, integrations, and change delivery, ensuring MDM solutions align to business requirements and the MDM product roadmap. The MDM Engineer plays a critical role in translating business domain needs into scalable, performant MDM solutions & integrations, partnering with platform administrators to ensure smooth deployment and operation.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, MDM, or enterprise data solution roles
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing MDM solutions
• Strong understanding of:
o Data modeling and entity resolution
o Match/merge and survivorship concepts
o Integration patterns and APIs
