From our earliest days as a pioneer of modern transportation, we have sought to make the world a better place one that benefits lives, communities and the planet</div> </div> <div> <div> </div> </div> <div> <div><b>Job Title: MDM Informatica SaaS Engineer</b></div> <div><b>Location: Chennai</b></div> </div> <div><b>Work Type: Hybrid</b></div> <div> <div> </div> </div> <div> <div><b>Position Description:</b></div> <ul> <li>As an MDM Informatica SaaS Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Informatica IDMC platform. </li> <li>Your primary goal is to create a "Single Source of Truth" by integrating disparate data sources, enforcing data quality standards, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of master data domains (such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Employee). </li> <li>You will work closely with data stewards, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure that high-quality, governed data is available across the enterprise. </li> <li>Willingness to support production MDM Saas as well as the datawarehouse that feeds MDM is key. </li> <li>When capacity is available should be willing to perform the role of a GCP Data Engineer. </li> <li>Training will be provided to perform the GCP Data Engineer role. </li> </ul> <div><b>Key Roles and Responsibilities:</b></div> <ul> <li>Solution Design and Development </li> <li>Architecture & Modeling: Design and implement scalable data models within Informatica Business 360 (SaaS). </li> <li>Define entities, attributes, and relationships for various data domains. </li> <li>Configuration: Configure the MDM SaaS environment, including UI layouts, searchable attributes, and business entity services. </li> <li>Matching & Merging: Develop and fine-tune complex match rules (exact and fuzzy logic) to identify duplicate records. </li> <li>Define survivorship and trust rules to ensure the most accurate data is promoted to the "Golden Record." </li> <li>Data Integration and Orchestration </li> <li>Inbound/Outbound Integration: Use Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI) to build pipelines that ingest data from source systems and publish master data to downstream consumers.</li> <li>API Management: Develop and manage REST APIs for real-time data lookups and updates between the MDM hub and operational applications. </li> <li>Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows for data stewardship tasks, approvals, and notifications. </li> <li>Data Quality and Governance </li> <li>Cleansing & Standardisation: Implement data quality rules using Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) to validate, standardize, and enrich data during the ingestion process.</li> <li>Stewardship Support: Provide technical support to Data Stewards, helping them resolve data exceptions, manual merges, and unmerges. </li> <li>Compliance: Ensure data handling processes align with corporate governance policies and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).</li> <li>Maintenance and Optimization </li> <li>Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize the performance of batch jobs, API calls, and match/merge processes within the SaaS environment. </li> <li>Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to the MDM SaaS platform, working with Informatica support when necessary. </li> </ul> <div><b>Required Skills and Qualifications:</b></div> <div> </div> <div><b>Technical Skills:</b></div> <ul> <li>Platform Expertise: Proven experience with Informatica IDMC (SaaS), specifically Business 360, Customer 360, or Product 360. </li> <li>Core Informatica Tools: Proficiency in Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).</li> <li>Data Modeling: Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts. </li> <li>Languages & Protocols: Advanced SQL skills. Experience with JSON, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs. </li> <li>Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical MDM configurations. </li> <li>Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills </li> <li>Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying data anomalies and performance bottlenecks. </li> </ul> <div><b>Experience Requirements:</b></div> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM). </li> <li>At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience specifically with Informatica MDM SaaS/IDMC.</li> <li>Prior experience with Informatica "On-Prem" Multidomain MDM is a plus but must be supplemented by SaaS transition knowledge.</li> </ul> <div><b>Skills Required:</b></div> <ul> <li>Python, Data Warehousing, Big Query, SQL, AIRFLOW, GCP, MDM</li> </ul> <div><b>Skills Preferred:</b></div> <ul> <li>Analytical, Problem Solving</li> </ul> <div><b>Experience Required:</b></div> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).</li> <li>At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience specifically with Informatica MDM SaaS/IDMC.</li> <li>Prior experience with Informatica "On-Prem" Multidomain MDM is a plus but must be supplemented by SaaS transition knowledge.</li> <li>Engineer II Exp.: Practitioner: 1 coding language or framework. </li> <li>4+ years in IT; 3+ years in development</li> </ul> <div><b>Experience Preferred:</b></div> <ul> <li>Willingness to support production MDM Saas as well as the datawarehouse that feeds MDM is key. </li> <li>When capacity is available should be willing to perform the role of a GCP Data Engineer. </li> <li>Training will be provided to perform the GCP Data Engineer role.</li> </ul> <div><b>Education Required:</b></div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree</li> </ul> <div><b>Education Preferred:</b></div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div><b>TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.</b></div> </div> </div> </div>
