A beautiful privately owned nursing home located near Irvington, NY is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable MDS Coordinator.
Responsibilities of the MDS Coordinator:
Responsible for coordination of MDS and Rugs so that the entire MDS process is completed
Communicates within and outside the nursing department respective responsibilities for completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Articulates system problems and concerns to the Director of Nursing or designee Maximizes reimbursement by timely and accurate PRI submissions utilizing the help of other PRI Assessors
