Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop test work plans for tablets at various stages and track execution progress.
2. Lead the testing team in creating and reviewing test plans, designing test strategies, writing test cases, and setting up/maintaining test environments.
3. Analyze and troubleshoot issues identified during testing, propose improvement suggestions, and drive enhancements in the testing process.
4. Summarize and perform statistical analysis on test results, monitor testing progress, ensure product output quality, and prevent major R&D quality incidents.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Strong strategic planning, communication, coordination, and execution skills.
4. Good English communication skills.
