M&E Coordinator (MRT project) (ID: 693802) PNHP

Responsibilities:- Toco-ordinate the E&M works on the project and closely interface with architectural and structural works with the objective of meeting the budgets, client satisfaction and on time completion.

·      Ensure that contractors carry out their work in compliance with the prevailing regulations set up by the building authorities and government agencies of Singapore

·      Inspect materials and workmanship of construction work.

·      Coordination of all E&M works with subcontractors and SWCs

·      Coordinate with Consultants, Design and Construction team to resolve design and construction issues.

·      Coordinate all E&M works and ensuring progress of E&M works on site is on schedule to meet project timeline.

·      Review requirements, codes, working drawings, shop drawings, and specs related to E&M works
