M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate all M&E trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Plumbing, ELV, BMS).

·       Manage M&E coordination drawings / BIM models and resolve clashes.

·       Coordinate M&E works with architectural, structural and civil trades.

·       Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements and material submissions.

·       Attend and minute M&E coordination meetings.

·       Identify potential site issues early and propose coordination solutions.

·       Monitor site progress and ensure works follow approved drawings.

·       Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on technical matters.

·       Support statutory inspections and authority requirements (BCA, SCDF, PUB, SP Group.

·       Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

·       Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services recognized by the PE Board.
