Responsibilities - M&E Coordinator

• Review drawings and plans to identify clashes, coordination issues, and site progress.
• Work with drafting teams to prepare coordinated drawings, sections, and mark-ups.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and specialists for technical clarifications.
• Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects are completed smoothly and on time.
• Plan and manage manpower, equipment, and materials for site works.
• Prepare and follow up on permit applications and approvals with authorities.
• Coordinate design information between different disciplines.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and standards.
• Support the project team by resolving design and coordination issues promptly.
