M&E Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate all M&E works on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and ELV systems. Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, and design details to ensure compliance with architectural and structural requirements. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to resolve design and technical issues. Attend coordination and site meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams. Monitor installation progress, inspect workmanship, and ensure compliance with project specifications and Malaysian standards. Prepare and review method statements, material submissions, and technical documentation. Assist in testing and commissioning of M&E systems. Ensure all M&E works comply with CIDB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), JKKP/DOSH, BOMBA, and local authority requirements. Report site progress, issues, and coordination updates to the Project Manager.
