M&E Project Coordinator/Project Executive

Overview

Assist on the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and the construction drawings, especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion.

Ensure that procedures outlined in the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and the Company’s Quality Management System Manual are adhered to during supervision and monitoring.

Assist to ensure that C&S and architectural works are completed with minimum defects and as per work specifications.

Ensure site safety, health and environmental procedures are adhered to during the supervision and monitoring accordingly.

Assist in identifying all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.
