Professional site-based Project Manager responsible for the delivery of project management services for data centres construction projects within the Electrical discipline.
Location: Lahti.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
Delivering high-quality services and ensuring that project management deliverables meet Customers' requirements and business procedures.
Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent or Project Manager.
Building a network of vendors, MEP contractors and consultants.
Participating in the development and implementation of procurement and delivery strategy for the MEP deliverable.
Ensuring the quality and compliance of the MEP design, procurement, installation, and commissioning, in accordance with the project specifications, budget, and schedule.
