Job Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment/installations and general inspections of the buildings, consistent with industrial practices and compliance to health and safety standards.
• Fill out servicing reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
• Attend to on-site M&E breakdown and emergency situation, and report/escalation of the incident to management/Call-centre.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers including explaining issues with equipment and repairs to users.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years' experience in operations and maintenance management of mechanical & electrical services in commercial buildings. Basic knowledge of VSD operation.
