M&E Technician, Operations (ID:694249) ZHEC

This role will provide technical support and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all mechanical, electrical and building systems to ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards. 

Responsibilities:
1.  Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, fire protection and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, panels, motors, pumps and other building equipment.
• Carry out minor plumbing, air-conditioning and carpentry repairs.

• Assist with lift, generator and UPS system inspections and servicing.

• Monitoring & Operations

• Monitor Building Management System (BMS) systems for alerts and anomalies.

• Respond promptly to alarms, power failures or mechanical system issues.
