Measurement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop inspection plans and measurement programs based on inspection drawings.
• Analyze measurement data anomalies
• Implement corrective and preventive measures
• Perform daily calibration of equipment (internal and external).
• Handle exceptions, maintenance, equipment acceptance, validation, and stability analysis
• Prepare test equipment operation specifications and conduct related training
• Ensure repeatability and relevance of detection schemes and detection systems
• Conduct GRR and related studies
• Arrange and recognize certification
• Track, follow up, and record inspection progress for project verification and DoE activities
• Handle customer technical complaints and provide effective technical solutions
