Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Meat/Fish Supervisor in Queens, NY area!

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily meat/fish department operations ensuring quality, safety and cleanliness standards
  • Train, schedule and manage a team of meat cutters
  • Make weekly meat ads for circular and pricing all meat & fish
  • Ensure all meat products are properly prepared, packaged and displayed properly
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order and all sanitation & safety guidelines are met

    • Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • 5+ years experience in meat department
  • Proficient in meat cutting test
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights & weekends
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
