Job Description
* BMSL require a Site Manager with a Mechanical background & HVAC background for an ongoing Project in the Croydon area of London. The role entails:
* To assist with the site day to day activities, looking after the subcontractors, monitoring programme, ensuring H&S standards are maintained, liaising with the client site team, weekly reporting on progress, etc
* Needs to have previous experience in similar role, good understanding of HVAC and familiar with supervisor site activities
* Supervise day-to-day mechanical installation works (HVAC, pipework, plant, ductwork, associated builders’ works).
* Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors and specialist suppliers on site.
* Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and programme.
* Plan and sequence activities to align with the overall construction programme
