Mechanic

Overview

Our client is a major food manufacturer looking for a Mechanic to join their team.

This position will be working day shift 9 - 5, Monday to Friday in a non unionized environment.

This position pays $34 - $42/hour plus perks

Must have experience in pharma, supplements, or food.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on high-speed production lines.
• Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery to prevent failures.
• Installation: Set up, align, and install new or moved equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and OSHA standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
