Summary:

The Mechanic – Ausbildung Program offers a structured pathway for skilled Indian technicians to launch a sustainable, internationally recognized career in Germany through the renowned Duale Ausbildung (dual vocational training) system. This program integrates classroom-based theoretical instruction at vocational schools with hands-on, paid practical training in real-world industrial settings across key sectors such as industrial machinery, automotive systems, agricultural equipment, and precision tooling. Upon successful completion, participants earn a nationally accredited German qualification, paving the way for permanent employment, long-term residency, and advancement within Germany’s highly advanced manufacturing and industrial landscape.


During the Ausbildung, candidates will be trained to:

·         Assemble and install mechanical systems

·         Maintain and repair industrial and automotive equipment

·         Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults

·         Work with tools, machinery, and technical drawings

Follow German safety, quality, and engineering standards

Eligibility Criteria

Basic Admission Requirements

·         Education: Minimum 12 years of formal schooling (Class 12 or equivalent)

·         Age Limit: 18 to 35 years at the time of application

·         Language Proficiency: German B1 certification from a recognized institute:

o    Goethe-Institut

o    Telc

o    ÖSD
