Join WSP in Canada as a Mechanical and Electrical BIM Modeler/Designer in our Vancouver, BC office. Reporting to the Mechanical and Electrical Production Manager, you will produce high‑quality Revit/CAD models and drawings for a wide range of building projects.

What you can expect to do here

• Develop and coordinate Mechanical and/or Electrical system drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Support design teams with HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection and/or Power/Lighting/Communication Systems.
• Maintain and manage BIM models throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects and other disciplines.
• Participate in model coordination and clash detection reviews.
• Assist with Revit family creation, template development and standardization.
• Review model and drawings to ensure accuracy.
