Job Summary
The Assembly Technician is responsible for performing a variety of assembly and production-related tasks under the direction of a supervisor or designated lead. This role supports daily manufacturing operations, ensures product quality, and assists with maintaining workflow efficiency across the production floor.

Essential Functions

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Fit, fasten, and secure parts to finished products.
  • Bend, align, and secure interlocking parts using hand tools or mallets.
  • Perform basic touch-up work, including paint or finish application as needed.
  • Inspect parts and finished products for defects such as scratches, dents, or other imperfections.
