+ Assemble hatches and panels using hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, torque tools, tape measures, etc.)
+ Read and follow blueprints to ensure accurate, high‑quality builds
+ Prepare panels for painting, including applying insulation and hanging parts
+ Package completed assemblies and prepare orders for shipment
