We are seeking a flexible and growth-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The candidate will work across various departments, assembling hatches and panels using hand and power tools. Responsibilities include working off blueprints, preparing panels for painting, packaging completed assemblies, and cross-training in different departments as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble hatches and panels using hand and power tools including drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, and a tape measure.
+ Work from blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
+ Prepare panels for painting by applying insulation and hanging panels on hooks.
+ Package completed assemblies and fill orders efficiently.
+ Cross-train in various departments to provide support when needed.

+ 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience.
