**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble mechanical and/or electronic components according to specifications
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
+ Read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings
+ Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues
+ Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
**Qualifications**
+ Previous assembly or mechanical experience preferred
+ Ability to read basic blueprints or instructions
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
+ Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs as needed
+ Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
+ Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
