Job Description:
- Assemble components in accordance with drawings and operation sheets.
- Perform weighing, loading, and pressing operations.
- Handle tooling and fixtures and use various hand tools to produce or modify parts.
- Maintain count and order progress by logging time and quantities.
- Close and assemble units using crimping and closure tools and apply epoxy.
- Perform soldering tasks, including small wire soldering, terminal soldering, and bridge wire welding.
- Build and route wire harnesses, including cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating wires according to specifications.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
