**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description**
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies. This role involves intermediate-level electrical wiring and integrating electrical wires into products. You will use hand tools to mount assembled components such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets on chassis panels, and install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble parts using hand tools such as crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, and press fits.
+ Mount and align components and parts using hand tools or machines.
+ Connect component wires to circuits and connect wires between individual component leads.
+ Conduct quality control checks to ensure the integrity of the assembly.
+ Clean and maintain the work area and equipment, including tools.
