Innova Solutions has a client who is immediately hiring for a Mechanical Assembler / Operator
  • Position type: Full Time, Contract
  • Duration: 12+ months (Possible temp to perm)
  • Location: 2501 West University, McKinney, Texas, United States



    • Shifts, Hours, and Pay
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM; Pay Rate: $24.50/hour
  • Training: Classroom training on 1st shift (8:00 AM). On-the-job training during daytime hours before transitioning to the assigned shift (timeline TBD)



    • Mechanical Assemblers will support wafer fabrication and thick film manufacturing by performing manual assembly, operating ovens, and using microscopes to inspect microelectronic components.



    As a Mechanical Assembler / Operator, you will:
  • Perform manual assembly and soldering
