Mechanical BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Developing mechanical drawings based on project scope.
• Assisting the Project and Operation team with all necessary drawings.
• Keeping track of project drawings and being updated.
• Prepare sleeving and coring drawings for plumbing, HVAC, and sprinkler systems.
• Prepare fabrication and spooling drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, shop and construction operations to meet fabrication and constructability requirements.
• Create RFI when required.
• Prepare as built drawings.
• Attend discussions with clients regarding drawings and installation.
• Eager to contribute to the expansion of the company.
• Acquire up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Site visits as required.
• Other duties as required.

• Must have solid experience of using REVIT and a knowledge of MEP fabrication and spooling.
