Mechanical CAD Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical CAD Engineer at our Coimbatore location. The role entails developing and modifying CAD models and technical drawings for mechanical systems and components, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specifications. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design validation, address technical challenges, and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires a combination of technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, or CATIA for design and modeling purposes
• Understanding of mechanical design principles, engineering standards, and material properties
• Experience in creating technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
• Ability to analyze and interpret specifications, engineering requirements, and performance data
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to mechanical design challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
