**Key Responsibilities**
**Safety & Compliance**
+ Promote and maintain a safe, inclusive, and quality-focused work environment across all mechanical and material handling activities.
+ Conduct regular field safety observations and provide real-time feedback and corrective coaching.
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and environmental standards.
+ Participate in job safety briefings (JSBs), pre-task meetings, and contractor orientations.
**Construction Coordination & Quality Oversight**
+ Perform field inspections of mechanical installations—including piping, coating/insulation, structural steel, and rotating equipment—for compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
+ Verify that Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) are developed, approved, and implemented by contractors.
+ Complete a minimum of four (4) Construction Quality Surveillances (CQS) per month and provide written reports.
