Design and drafting of HVAC systems, plumbing, and drainage in AutoCAD and Revit; Assist Project Managers to meet clients' deliverables; Coordinate with the design team.

• Deliver creative, detailed, and coordinated design solutions on budget and on time.
• Assist Project Manager and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.

Required Skills

• Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills
• Heating and cooling load calculations using HAP tools or similar
• Ability to size mechanical systems
• Ability to review, interpret and apply building codes in different jurisdictions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
