Roles and Responsibilities  

Conceptual new designs Prototyping & testing
Identify & implement design improvements
Ensure product design as per factory order, approved GA
Develop simple & effective technical design processes
Responsibility for all Design & Development activities

Desired Candidate Profile  

Mechanical/Electrical Graduate with minimum 4-8 years of design experience
Must have worked on HVAC NPD for atleast 3-5 years
Solid Woks/Similation experience will be an advantage
Proactive and smart
