Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Mechanical Design Engineer. The role involves understanding the customer's requirement, providing the details of the appropriate solutions to the Sales POC, Designing the preliminary DAP, making detailed manufacturing drawings, complete BOM and overseeing the progress of the projects handed over to the production department. The candidate will work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and efficient implementation of solutions while contributing to continuous product improvement efforts. The candidate will be responsible for the Customer Success journey and will be working as a single point contact for the clients in the region.

Qualifications

• Excellent Proficiency in Solidworks Software.
• Proficiency in Conveyor Designing and Machine Designing.
• Strong skills in Thinking out of the box and Designing as per the problem statement given.
• Understanding of Food Processing Sector will be highly appreciated.
• Decent Communication skills for customer interaction and collaboration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Field.
• Experience in the machine designing and conveyor design.
• Flexibility to manage workload and deliver as per the timelines give.

Requirement

• At least 3 years of Work Experience in a similar field.
• Must be well versed with the Food Processing Sector.
• Must be professional level with Solidworks software.
• Should be open to shifting in the radius of 10-15 Kms from the company.

Annual CTC

• 5-6 Lakhs depending on the experience
• Additional Bonus for Effective Time Management and Quality Improvements.
