If you’re a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a strong foundation in SolidWorks, this is your opportunity to work on high-impact projects that blend creativity, engineering, and user-focused innovation.

What You’ll Work On:

• Build 3D models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks with an emphasis on manufacturability
• Explore FEA, sheet metal design, and weldment tools to bring ideas to life
• Collaborate cross-functionally on projects ranging from product prototypes to structural components
• Support design reviews and contribute to technical documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – 0 to 2 years of experience)
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks – CAD modeling, assembly design, and drafting
• Understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) and FEA is a plus
• Curiosity, self-direction, and attention to detail
• A passion for innovation and elegant, practical solutions

Compensation:

• ₹10,000 per month (Fixed stipend for the entire 3-month internship)
• Only candidates with SolidWorks proficiency will be considered
• High-performing interns will be considered for full-time employment

Compensation after Conversion to Full-time role:

Total Monthly Compensation Value: ₹18,000

This amount is split as follows:

Monthly Pay: ₹14,400

• Paid every month as regular salary

Deferred Bonus: ₹3,600 per month

• Accumulates every month
• Paid together after completing 1 year with the company
• Not paid if the employee leaves before completing 1 year

Joining Bonus: ₹6,000 (One-time payment at confirmation)
